Summary: this is a good game because you can make your own peson and there are some cool places and the borders are awesome and you can be some cool people to and thats why i think this is a good game.
Summary: I bought this for my granddaughter for a Christmas present from Santa. However, the game was delayed and didn't get hear when it was suppose to. She loves the game; even though it didn't come until a week after Christmas. Next time I will be sure to order at least 10 days ahead of schedule.
Summary: The game is pretty good. It starts with you at rank #200 or #180 if forget which one. And the gal is to get to the number one spot by completing goals. From as far as I've gotton there are at least 6 different area's, not to mention the classic area's like Alcatraz and the Mall.Compared to other Tony Hawk games the controls are pretty sad. The Nail-The-Trick feature isn't all that great. You can't really slow down time to watch moves like the backflip and the The Worm.
TONY HAWK PROJECT 8 IS INDEED THE BEST PORTABLE SKATEBOARDING GAME

Summary: After playing the same title on XBOX 360 and PS3 I was not holding my breath for this portable title for PSP. I have to say it's a great PORT to the PSP and it my as well be the best game for the PLAYSTATION PORTABLE. I Really enjoyed it, how ever the control scheme is the thing I am still having a problem mastering. Give it some time. All in all Tony Hawk comes back with full force with great skateboarding action that transports me back to my childhood skateboarding!
Summary: I have been a Pro Skater fan since the beginning. I've mastered every game the series put out (except THUG2 and American Wasteland because I was too dissapointed with them to try to beat them). Now I haven't played this game on any other system but the PSP. I'm 100% certain that the PS3 and Xbox360 versions are much better but I am still pretty impressed with this one. The graphics are looking better than ever, even on the PSP.
Summary: From what I have heard, the Project 8 series on the xbox 360 and ps3 is a whole new game, as opposed to a recycled version of Tony Hawk Pro Skater. Make no mistake, the psp version of project 8 falls into the latter category. This is simply the ps2 version of pro skater scaled down onto the small screen. Don't get me wrong--this is a great game that is a lot of fun to play.
Summary: This game is very good. I agree that is very similar to other games of the Tony Hawk`s series. But ive been a long time without playing any of them (i didn`t pass through every sigle game) and then this game offers a lot of fun and new features. Ok, its a PSP game, not a PS3 80GB game so don`t ask too much, just play, get the goals as always and get fun!
Conclusion: This is exactly what PSP was made for. After getting used to the controls, this game is excellent. The graphics are great, the game play inventive. There are a few bugs but nothing major, and even the console versions of TH have bugs. Remember how small the PSP is and that it is intendid as a portable device.
