Summary: I have been a Tomb Raider fan since the original in 1996. I have this game on GameCube and loved it. Since I really don't have time for console games anymore I bought it for psp. This game is beautiful. The sound is great. The part that makes this game junk is the controls. The controls are absolutely horrible and take all enjoyment from the game. Avoid the psp version at all costs unless you want a cool little beer coaster.
Summary: Do not buy this game on psp!! I was really enjoying it until I hit an unforgivable glitch on the fourth level, Ghana. I hope no-one else has had the same luck as me. Here's how it all started; I was about to enter a tomb but the tomb wasn't there. Instead there was a looooooong abyss that blended in with the background. I walked through it and my game completely froze. I had to take the battery out.
Summary: Ok, I recently bought this game for my new PSP, at first I thought the graphics were great, the controls seemed simpler than they appeared on the list and I was looking forward to a good game. Then I came up against the first challenging puzzle, which, to be fair, wasn't at all that challenging... in theory. In practice, the controls of this game are frightening.
Summary: I bought this game over a year ago, but I got so fed up and frustrated playing it, that I just put it to one side and forgot about it. Now, over a year since I put it down, I thought I'd pick it up and try again, and now I remember all too clearly why I put it down. In fact I'm so frustrated with it, this is one of the few times I'm moved to write a review on Amazon, even for an old game! By PSP standards, the graphics in this game are stunning.
