Summary: First off, for a PSP game, the graphics are fine. For sound, same. However, the real issue comes with the gameplay. The camera angle is forced and is some strange third person view variant that very wobbly follows the character, which is very hard to see surroundings and makes me pretty dizzy. Many of the actions that the sims do you cannot see because your camera is at a very bad angle. I am not kidding. Watch gameplay videos, its very, very bad.
Summary: you start off stranded on an unknown island from a boat crash. you have to get off the island and find your lost friend(s). to do this you have to constantly harvest leaves, food, and other items to survive. your Sim (this is my interpitation) is always "needing" stuff; like bathroom needs, hunger needs, sleeping needs the list is going on and on. to me alot of the game seems like your just harvesting alot of stuff, like i mentioned earlier, i ddint like it much.
Summary: you start on a boat with people and than you end up on a island in the middle of nowhere. Then you need to sleep eat and find your food to live on the island. Once you get far in the game by collecting stuff than you might be able to build a big house on the island. I did not relly like the sound in the game and thought it was poor but overall it was a great game. I thought that the challange was very had because the person can get hungry very fast.
Summary: I think any game/movie you purchase for the psp will not disappoint graphically. This version is true to SIMs style. This is a Gilligan/Survival version of SIMs. You can create and alter appearance of your character during game play. I don't know how different this version from the PC version but you cannot fast fwd the boring waits. Your character disappears off your screen when sleeping. I do find it too repetitive collecting food and twigs.
Summary: This game is very easy to like but can be very frustrating when it shuts down. The game has a glitch that shuts the unit down in mid play. This apparently happens for all units (PSP,Playstation 2/3, DS,and Wii) This game needs a patch!!!!
Summary: This new adventure follows the same tried and tested format as the others: exploring, keeping Sims happy, completing their goals, etc. If you love Sims you'll love this too. The plus points are: - A fresh new adventure to explore - You can control different Sims within the adventure (up to six can be set at the start) - You can save progress at any time, so it's ideally suited to the PSP if you've only got 10 minutes to kill - It's as entertaining and absorbing as always...
