D’oh! The Simpsons Game has a hilarious, sprawling, and mind-busting storyline, along with the full cast of voice actors from the TV show. Homer, Marge, Bart, and Lisa use exciting, all-new powers to save the world from rising chaos. To help the Simpsons, you must journey through all of Springfield—as well as vast worlds beyond—vanquishing an amazing array of villains and fighting your way through parodies of multiple popular games.
Fantastically funny and an unwavering faithfulness to the source material help make this rather average 3D action adventure worth a furtive glance – it's just a shame that it's over so quickly Read more

As a longtime Simpsons fan who had gone astray, only to be brought back into the fold by the very well written movie earlier this year, The Simpsons Game has been one of my most anticipated titles of the year. I went in knowing my hopes could be dashed though. Despite a few notable attempts, the Simpsons forays into gaming thus far have ranged from the enjoyable (The Simpsons Arcade) to the downright painful (Bart's Nightmare, I'm looking at you). THE VERDICT: Although parts of the control are occasionally irksome, and although there's nothing spectacular about the gameplay itself, the originality and sheer imagination of the game's plot, the ideas for the levels and the amusing irony throughout, make this a must-play experience for most gamers. Definitely worth checking out. Read more

So I guess it’s easy for you to guess how excited I was when the Simpsons game was announced. And I was even more excited when previews started to come out showing that the game might not suck this time around, unlike older Simpson’s game. Having played the console... Read more

This game is ok but can get boring at some parts. It is good how you can play as all characters all with their own special ability and it is good how you can play 2 player on story mode unlike the Simpsons Hit and Run where for 2 player you can only race around a track and not roam around. In my opinion The Simpsons Hit And Run is better then this game as you get to roam around bigger levels and you get more hours of fun from it. ... This one is lots of fun. If not for the gameplay itself, which is fairly vanilla, you should pick it up for the parodies and humor in it. Of course, if you’re not a fan of the series, you’ll probably miss a lot of the in jokes and recreation of some of the more familiar episodes. It’s great to be able to play around in those familiar environments. So if you’re any sort of fan of the Simpsons, pick this up. It’s a good pick up and play title and fits well on a... Read more
