Summary: This is a fantastic game, that provides an arcadey approach to an old favorite. The game does offer some sim functions, but it's the arcade aspects that make for an exciting and innovative approach to portable baseball gaming. The game is cool, in that it will add "kudos" points to your score, on top of your regular scoring of runs.
Summary: True Story: As I was playing MLB: The Show '07, I tried to load my 7-year career in "Road to the Show" just to find out that my data is corrupted!(Those of you who are reading this, I guess I should recommend that you should back-up your data every year while playing games like this, but that's another story.) Obviously peeved, I felt it woould be too much to go back and re-do the whole thing over again, so I decided to pick up this title for PSP.
Summary: I love watching Baseball on TV and I've also played a few Baseball games on various consoles so was quite excited to buy and try out The Bigs on my PSP. It was not advertised much but I managed to get it for about £10 so not too bad. Now that I've played it is probably one of the better Baseball games I've played with great graphics and even better gameplay. I've played some before that lack the realism but this seems to capture it pretty well.
