SWAT: Target Liberty is a third person, tactical shooter video game that was developed exclusively for the Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) by the Nevada-based 3G Studios, Inc. The game was published by Sierra Entertainment and it was released in North America on October 16, 2007.

SWAT: Target Liberty was released as part of the entire SWAT franchise but it is the first in the video game series to be released for the PSP.

This tactical squad-based shooter game is set in New York City where a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team is placed on a mission to thwart Asian gang violence led by ethnic Korean-Americans. While the mission begins as en effort do diffuse an ongoing conflict between two rival Korean gangs (the Jopoks and the Gangpehs), the team later on finds itself on a quest to battle Al-Qaeda forces which plans to detonate nuclear weapons on American soil and place the blame on the North Korean government.

Players of SWAT: Target Liberty take on the role of SWAT leader Kurt Wolf and his NYC SWAT Team. Each of the officers has a unique combat expertise and a unique skill system. The player can upgrade their individual combat expertise to increase their chances of success in fulfilling the missions.

The game also features an ad-hoc multiplayer system in which up to four players can play a variety of game modes. These multiplayer game modes include Football, Rodeo Round-Up, and The Great Escape.
