Meh ... Not Great, Not Terrible

Summary: I guess I'm getting burnt out on the Lego games. I've had this one for a while and I never finished it even one time through. I've played God of War (both PSP games) repeatedly, but not this game. It's not a bad game. I guess I'm just getting bored with the concept. Nothing new here. It's just like the others. For my dollar, if you already own Lego Star Wars for PSP, there's no point in buying this one unless you're just a big fan.
Summary: This game was heaps of fun at the beginning with loads of characters to unlock and cool lightsaber action, plus awesome clones with rapid fire machine guns. There are several missions to play through, though I felt there weren't enough. This brings me to my first point. The game is too short. There are only about 15 levels, including about 4 vehicle ones (which are also fun).
Summary: Unlike the previous Lego Star Wars (Original Trilogy) for the PSP, which was quite clearly ported down from the PS2, this one has the whiff of the Nintendo (3)DS about it and as such has graphics that aren't as sharp and gameplay that seems to be somewhat dumbed down (e.g. get a mini kit by destroying a rock?!) That said, it is still fun to play, even if it isn't as good as its predecessor.
