Great Spiderman game for the PSP!
Jonathan S. Grant, Amazon
2 January 2014
Summary: This game captures the feel and the look of Spiderman! Some of the inside quips are corny or they get old after awhile, but the interactive menu scripts are hilarious! The game play is pretty simple, but it gives you a chance of playing as the black suited spiderman at times and you couldn't get through some levels without him. There are many levels to get through and some of them are very imaginative.
Summary: i have one thing to say warning: spider man fan and kid look away. this game is a piece of **************************************************************** whatever you do don't buy this game it a piece of(*&^%$#@!
Summary: When I saw the trailer for this game, I was excited!! Another superb Spider-Man game!!!! When I learned it was on the PSP and PS2, I was ecstatic! Another superb Spider-Man game for my PSP and PS2!!!! But when I actually started to play, all my hopes dropped. I expected the game to be similar to the console versions. Silly me. What I thought was a legnthy free-roam game was a side scroller beat-em-up game. The side angle view is obviously not a free-roam.
Summary: I have played a lot of spiderman games but this one has to be the worst one. The only plus side is that it's very addictive. Other than that, it was boring stale and repetitive. The enemies were very easy and the bosses were hard to the point where they were nearly impossible to beat. The cut scenes were pathetic, all they were was a bunch of Freeze frame pictures and dialog. I haven't seen cut scenes like that since the early 90's. Also, it took me about 3 days to beat.
Summary: When i heard that this game was on sale i thought that it would be as good as spider man 3 where you can move freely around, but this game is only 2D which is really not that good. this game is really not good , it would have been better if you were able to move around and swing around 3D like in spider man 3.
Summary: This game wasn't much of a challenge. I know there are 2 levels of play, and I chose easy, but they still load you up with a ton of power-ups that I can't imagine hard being terribly difficult. Also, it's a pretty short game. I beat it pretty quickly. I can see the replay value in it, but only if you've got nothing else to do. You can build up your black suit/red suit personae, but after you beat the game once, this isn't much of a motivating factor to replay.
Summary: 2-d game play? VERY disappointed that a "new game" would come out in the year 2008 and be in 2-d. The left to right only screen action makes me feel like I was playing an old ATARI game. 1 thumb down.
