Summary: I first played this game on the ps2 and, at the time I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has been 7 years since the release of "WWE Smackdown vs. RAW 2006" on the PSP and guess what ... I still enjoy it. I may be a geek but I still love the tons of different modes, the range of different characters and unique style of game play. I don't watch the long running TV series anymore but I still enjoy the games for the excitement.
Pros: same gameplay as the Ps2 version. some of the best graphics on the psp. creation options
Cons: LOADING TIMES. Dumb Ai at lower settings. not much of an update from the ps2
Summary: The Smackdown vs Raw games have always been favourites of mine, and the thought of them going to a handheld platform was quite exciting. While not without its flaws, this is a solid title that shows the transfer can go well. This SvR game adds a few new modes, such as Buried Alive, and the rather absurd Fulfil Your Fantasy mode. The former is a great addition that works very well, while the latter is a daft one that I imagine not many people use.
Conclusion: Very good game, the create a superstar builder is probably the best out of the later games in my eyes. As you can probably tell though it's quite out of date in terms of wrestlers that are still with the company.
