Summary: This is a solid, open-world/sandbox adventure game that involves plundering towns/ships, searching for hidden treasures, dancing with governors' daughters, earning ranks, etc.. All this is quite fun in the beginning, but falls apart after awhile. I would compare this game to Assassin's Creed, where you repeat the 5 or so types of missions over and over again.
Summary: Pirates! is the type of game that starts out very challenging but can quickly turn monotonous if you aren't patient. There are a ton of different ways to play this game, trader, loyalist, or Pirate as the title suggests. I've played the game for a month straight and I'm still happy discovering different paths to finish the quests. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys time consuming games with a bit of strategy worked in!
Summary: Although I have slight issue with the specific store through which I ordered this game, I am assured by the beauty for whom it was purchased that it is indeed quite a cute game and well worth the effort.
Summary: If you remember the original Pirates! from the 80's on computer this is the new an improved version with additional features. If you have seen the Pirates! Live the Life for the PC and wished you could take it portable then this is the answer. The big question I had before buying this is if it had all the same stuff as the PC version, I hate the watered down version of games they put out for some of the portables. The answer to that question is yes.
Summary: I am pretty obsessive about game buying. Before I bought Pirates!, I read just about every review I could find, and everyone (generally) seemed to like it. I was surprised, however, when i took this game home and got bored with it pretty rapidly. But this is not a bad game. It is a slow game. There is a lot to do, but none of it was compelling enough for me to really want to do it.
Summary: Sid Meier's Pirates! is an open-ended, role playing, character adventure set in the late 17th century Caribbean that is essentially a collection of several different minigames. As captain of your own ship with a personal agenda to recover and avenge your loved ones, you sail to various Caribbean ports or engage other vessels on the high seas.
The classic PC game makes a comeback on the PSP!!!

Summary: When I first bought a PSP and saw Sid Mier's pirates was released for it it was only a matter of seconds before it was in my basket. Now after a 20 hour rum drinking, gold plundering and damsel rescuing I can safetly say it's worth the money but it never reached the greatness I remembered playing it on the PC.
Summary: Heute möchte ich euch das Psp Spiel Sid Meiers Pirates vorstellen.
Pros: geniale Graphik
Cons: einzelnen Jahre gehen viel zu schnell vorbei
