Conclusion: Doesn't have a master league big deal? I love this game cant get enough of it. I got PES6 as well and I must say I keep coming back to this just because of the gameplay. Its how football should be played on a console.
Conclusion: This is a brilliant game, with much more gameplay quality than Fifa, which is purely commercial now. The other review here shows how you can be sucked in by Fifa's games, "you can play with the official ball" just sounds silly to me.
Conclusion: Dazzerqpst?you obviously dont play football.konami have always outdone everyone for football games.ive played this on different formats for years.addictive.gameplay.fifa o7?your having a laugh.rubbish gameplay and purely commercial.those who claim any football game from konami to be poor cant play the sport.go back to sonic the hedgehog!
Summary: This is an awesome game on the PSP. The graphics are pretty much identical to the PS2 version but you have the benefit of having a portable version of the best football game around. I don't really miss the Master League and the lack of commentary does not present a problem as this was always a bad feature of the PES game series. This game benefits from having full arsenal and Chelsea teams and it's pretty easy to rename the other premiership clubs.
Summary: pro evo 5 on psp has great gameplay but the major reason why i bought the psp was to be able to play master league on the psp version of pro evo 5. and i was also looking forward to playing all the cup comps. I think psp gamers are getting ripped off why couldent konami put the master league and cup comps on the psp version to me i think it was cheaper to have no comps and no master league its lazy.
Summary: WOW, I have been waiting for this game for a long, long time. The PES5 designers have all but nailed it this time. Finally they have slowed down the gameplay to reflect the true speed/nature of football, PES4 master league became ridiculously easy (even on level6) when you had pacy front players but now it has all changed. To be honest the change of speed will throw you at the start but be patient, just like real life, practice makes perfect.
Summary: I currently own both Pro Evo 5 and Fifa 06 for PSP, when i had my PS2 i was a Fifa fan and i never bought pro evo, but now i have played both i can see that on the PSP pro evo 5 is far better than fifa 06 PSP. The gameplay is excellent far better than fifa, the only problem is the lack of liscenced teams but soon you will be able to buy a update (eBay) that changes all the names to their real ones e.g. Merseyside Red will turn to Liverpool.
Summary: Your first thoughts of this game will be,"This is exactly like the PS2 version", that is what is making this game get so many pre-orders already. The PS2 version of pro evo 4 shows just how football should be recreated onto a games console. The gameplay if truly a work of a art and the graphics are sublime. The only thing people can argue about this game is the fact that some of the teams have unreal names due to the fact that fifa has obtained them.
