Not Very Good
16 April 2011
Summary: This game was not too great. It lagged on my PSP 3000 and the fighting was difficult and angering, even on easy. Prince of Persia is always fun for the acrobatics and things like that, but the fighting is never even remotely enjoyable.
Summary: Alright, when I first bought this game I thought it was going to be a pretty good hack and slash, but it really wasn't. I went to Gamestop picked it up and went home and popped it into my PSP. At first when the menu screen popped up the sound effects sounded horrible. It was very loud and annoying and sounded like a Gameboy.
Summary: Game is okay, but I lost interest after about the first ten minutes of playing the game. Graphics are okay but slow at times when you think it should be a lot faster than it is. Maybe the game is better than I saw, but the truth is I really don't want to play the game anymore than the ten minutes I already played.
Summary: This game would be great if it weren't for the flaws. The game crashes all the time, loads right during the middle of a jump or when you're going across traps, and often times the prince gets stuck in or around a wall. One time I even kept falling through the floor when I'd get to a certain point. After about four or five times falling through, the floor was fine. Wow, what an amazing piece of programming!
Summary: I loved the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, but never played Warrior Within. I was looking forward to this game with great expectations. However, what I discovered was a mess of bugs, and load screens that broke up the flow of the game at nearly every turn. The game, I knew, was combat heavy. For the most part that works well, though gets tremendously repetative. But there are flaws in the programming which trap you in areas you cannot get out of.
Summary: The Product Description first off is totally mis-leading, actually it's completely wrong. I though I was buying a new Prince of Persia game. It's the same exact game as Warrior Within for PS2, except they added in a few puzzles and areas, THANKS FOR THE TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! Also the camera angles in this game are horrendous and you can't move the camera to a desired angle all the time. Which of course makes avoiding certain traps, figuring out puzzles, fighting etc.
Summary: The delivery was fine, condition very good, but the game was not good at all, played it once and couldnt bear to do so again. Unless youre into bad graphics and repeating fight modes and lack of any excitement i would avoid buying!
Summary: Seriously - I read all the positive reviews and they just don't relate to the game at all. I'm kind of guessing that it's the people who made the game pumping it up online. I don't play the PSP much - but a while ago I bought God of War. I got totally addicted (mostly to the after game challenges) and the quality of the graphics, sound and gameplay is just incredible. So I bought Prince of Persia hoping to find something similar. ha!.... it's rubbish. Seriously rubbish.
Conclusion: This game is alright, but could be better. I played Prince of Persia: Rival Swords and found it to be a high quality RPG that I could really sink my teeth into, but this game failed to enthrall me as much to be honest.
