Summary: I loike that the game has an open world feal to it. When you accept a quest you can go just about anywere and kill whatever you like. There are things that can be gathered, monsters to kill, and secrits to find. The only down side is that there is a time limit that you fallow when out in the world. Good game and considering its on a portable device well worth the money.
Summary: I'm a WoW player, and I love this game. I like to follow a line, upgrade my armor and weapons while I improve my skills. I love the whole idea of collecting items if I want to upgrade something. The quests are pretty frustrating sometimes when I can not complete them due to my gear. I just can't stop playing it.
Summary: Buy this game. Right now. Don't argue with me, just do it. This is an amazing, skill-based adventure game. Fun quests, great monsters, and awesome weapons and armor. I've had this game for about 4 days now, and I haven't been able to stop playing. It's just that cool. I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the other Monster Hunter games in the future.
Summary: I could go on forever about how much i love this game. It literally means about 2 years of my life to me. The Monster Hunter series is a challenging treat that, sadly, only few have the pleasure of discovering. I poured hundreds of unforgettable hours into this initial PSP title and hundreds more into the games that followed.
Summary: If you liked the original Monster Hunter and still want more then look no farther. Freedom gives exactly that thew freedom to play Monster Hunter anywhere, anytime with friends or without. Adds new variations on old monsters and new monsters all together. Does get a little repetitive but for the true Monster Hunter it delivers greeat gameplay and hours upon hours of fun.
Summary: Monster Hunter isn't for everyone, that's for certain. Capcom has made this game with a very specific audience in mind: Hardcore gamers. The game is nothing BUT hardcore. You start off as a rookie hunter being taught the ways of the hunt by the village elder, he gives you a few quests right off the bat that are fairly mundane like gathering mushrooms and cooking meat which may seem boring to some, but to people new to the game it's a very necessary learning process that...
Summary: This is a fun game with great graphics. It's definitely the best T-rated game out there for the PSP. There's lots to do on your quests, and I like the personalization it has. You can choose your look, weapons, and armor. The most important part is that this game isn't as hard as the other reviews say. This is a great buy.
