The Monster Hunter Freedom 2 may be played well by several players. As mighty monster hunters, players can hunt bloodthirsty creatures throughout the land on their own, or with others. Builds on Monster Hunter 2 for PS2 and contains over 50% more content than the original Monster Hunter Freedom.
In this unique action-adventure game, the players can increase their play skills as they battle through breath-taking environments while defeating bloodthirsty creatures. Considering that the multiplayer cooperative battles for up to four friends via wireless ad-hoc mode allow team building for the ultimate battle of man vs. beast. Players can also fully customize their characters, building up their abilities with armor and weaponry as they make their way through hundreds of quests. And with a built-in functionality to download future content, the players will be able to extend their hunt with even more content and quests.

Closing Comments Overall MLB 2K8 is a good entry in the PSP library of baseball titles. If faced with the option of buying this or MLB 08: The Show, do yourself a favor and choose The Show. I’ve never been one to get involved in those games that people just tend to play to level up and reach some experience-driven goal with no foreseeable payoff at the end. The kids in Asia see these types of games as the paramount genre in the gaming industry, but it never stuck with me since I usually fall for a plot before gameplay. Read more

So back to that question, does Monster Hunter Freedom 2 deserve all that attention? Well that's hard to say because as a sequel it would have to nearly improve on all aspects of the first title. We have 50% new content, gameplay is on hand for new comers to become familiar with from the start, there's new downloadable content and multi-player is still where the party's at.
