Summary: I would highly recommend getting the PS3 version rather than the PSP version. Even though Konami did an amazing job packing the complicated controls of an MGS game into the limited amount of buttons on the PSP, it's still hard on the hands for a lot of people. The other major reason being that it doesn't have internet capability, so if you want to participate in Peace Walker's AMAZING multiplayer, you have to have someone else nearby with a PSP and another copy of the...
Summary: It's a great entry in the series in terms of story, graphics, and gameplay, however--and this is a BIG however--the game suffers from constant gameplay interruptions. And I'm not talking about long cut scenes (I love those!), I'm talking about how the missions are too short, and there is WAYYYY too much micro-managing between said short missions. It's really quite annoying. It's all relatively optional, but it really throws the overall experience off for me.
Summary: I bought this game because I am a huge Konami and MGS fan, and because I expected another awesome cinematic experience. They DID deliver an incredible cinematic and action-packed package, and I applaud Konami, Kojima, and everyone involved with making this game. It is a worthy addition to the Metal Gear franchise, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves the series.
Summary: a great lil addition to the franchise. goos adaption to the psp and though i didnt get to try the multiplayer it seemed like it was integrated well.all in all well worth a try if your a fan of the other games.
An amazing technical achievement with some considerable spikes in difficulty.

Summary: Ever since the original Metal Gear Solid was released on the PS1, the series has been an example of how to combine great gameplay with amazing presentation. Peace Walker, the latest installment in the series continues that tradition and proves that a portable game can be just as good as any major console release. The first thing about Peace Walker that is worth mentioning is the storyline.
Summary: As any other MGS fan this is a must have. The game completes the story of Big Boss(Naked Snake). The preview looks good but seems to have a less dense story line then previous MGS due to the console its played on;PSP. The PSP leaves less room for long videos;the one's made MGS2,3, & 4 great games. To save this game from the bunch of dull PSP games, asides for a handful; it was made by Hideo Kojima so it has to be GOOD!
