Summary: This game is very different from all the other MGS games.. but what do you expect on a PSP?? However ... i do enjoy this game very much. The gameplay is something you really have to take the time to get used to and the story is very interesting and when you get to know how everything works.. you can make it out to be like an original MGS game with the sneaking around and all.. just with crazy abilities like air strikes and flamethrower attacks. the sound however...

Summary: To all the people who are complaining about how they wanted an action game instead of a card-based strategy game, please do some research on a game before you lay down $50 for it or even $240 for a console. Now, for those who know what they're getting in to, I loved this game. I do like card and strategy games, which I found this one to be very solid (no pun intended). But what really one me over was the cards themselves.
Summary: I love this game. Its alot different than the previous Metal Gears but that contains alot of the appeal, to me at least. It didnt take long at all to get used to the new card based game structure. Its one of those rare games that creates a challenge without frustrating to crap out of you. If you like a good card based military game, this is for you. Theres alot of history and character apperances from the previous Metal Gear games as well, which is a nice bonus.
Summary: i guess 'turn based stratagy', 'strategic battle cards' and 'card decks' werent big enough clues that this wasnt the adverage metal gear title. Look, this is a great game. i am proud to say that i have clocked in my 24th hour and i havent even beaten it yet.(i dont even like card based games either) if you even remotely like metal gear you will love this title.
Summary: Alot of the people who said it was bad, had no idea what they were talking about. People buy this game and dont do any reasearch and therefore expect it to be like the other metal gears. Well it isnt but that dosnt make it bad. one guy for instance said it was bad cause you cant get used to the gameplay and had to use strategies" alright, just cause your bad at something doesnt make it bad.
Summary: First off I would Like To say that I was not thrilled at the prospect of an MGS card game being a diehard MG fan that I am but after the first 2 hours of play the story becomes very engaging, this was one of the spookiest Metal Gear stories I have ever seen. One thing I would like to say to the nay sayers is through my experiense I have found when I asked Gamers who hated MGA how long did they play the game most of them said under 15 minutes and admitted to being...
Summary: There are obviously two polarized sides to the issue of how good this game is. I started off in the camp of people saying "A card-based Metal Gear...wheeeee". Luckily for me, a friend of mine allowed me to borrow it from him, to experience it for myself (I like to try things before making my mind up about them).
Summary: I am new convert to the Metal Gear series and Ac!d is the first game I've played. I understand that MG is similar to the Splinter Cell series and so I can understand some of the negativity that comes from those type of fans. However, that said, Metal Gear Ac!d is one of those rare games that takes a favorite series in a new direction. In this game, the character isn't controlled like a typical platformer. Instead, a series of randomly generated cards are presented.
