Summary: Story - fine Game play - fine Game can install onto memory card - Great!! One major flaw is it lags whenever ANYTHING happens With install it's noticeable better but when the game stalls for 10+ seconds for a 30 second battle it's going to get old fast.
Summary: Mana Khemia is one of my all time favorite games for the PS2, so i was pretty excited when i found out it was being ported to PSP. I bought it immediately and beat it, and its still that same great game i played before.
Summary: At first i thought this would be a great game but the graphics are fuzzy and horrible to look at, and it takes forever to load anything. yes there is an install option to make it go faster but its still quite a wait.
Summary: This is one of the best games I have ever played on the PSP. It has a good story line and cute graphics. Since I got this game, I didn't want to put it down. At first it's a little difficult, but the more you understand how to play, the better it gets.
Summary: This game is pretty awesome, the characters can be funny at times. Other then that the game is interesting and unique in a way. You don't level, but you can create new armors, accessories, items, and weapons.
Summary: Mana-Khemia: Student Alliance is aparently the fouth instalment for the Atelier Iris series but looking at from a glance you wouldn't think so. It contains all the same cute anime style from all the previous games but set around a school.
Summary: I own the PS2 original and the gameplay is pretty much completely ported over, which is simply great. However, it seems that in trying to fit it to a UMD the developer/publisher decided to downsize things a bit heavy-handedly. Most disappointing is the very blurry character imagery.
Pros: 1) Gameplay is pretty much completely intact from the PS2 version. 2) Features the install feature which is great if you don't have CFW on your PSP and just play it on off the stick. 3) Mana Khemia... portable... YES!
Cons: 1) Nearly all image and texture quality is cut in half, likely in order to save space on the UMD, resulting in severe blurring of the drawn images and textures. This is particularly evident in the images for the characters during dialog sequences which is disappointing. 2) All battle voiceover is...
Summary: Keep a mindset that if you are looking for ground breaking graphics, this is not your game, it is a light-hearted fun comedy anime style RPG and it is not to be played hard core. i'd recommend Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII for PSP if you like hard-core and graphics RPG.
Pros: This is an RPG for people who want to play it for months and still have something to do, it offers atleast 150 hours of gameplay if you like to adventure out and collect everything. It offers an alchemy system that has literally 4 or 500 differant items and those can be turned into other items as...
Cons: If you have a PSP 2000 or 3000, this game will not give you much problem. The 1000 disc reader is give/take X4 and that makes for alot of loading spikes. the 2 and 3k were brought out with a X8 and X16 reader. the 2k still jumps in loading times but the 3k feels like a cartridge. The disc read ti...
Summary: I enjoyed most of the game. The biggest problem I had was the load time. The length of the load time and the frequency of the load times were annoying. Each time you walked into a room there was a load time then when you talked to the one person there and had to leave....another load time.
