Summary: Every year Madden gets an update. This particular year was quite impressive. Controls are spot on and more and more the madden games start to mimic their console counterparts. Madden 08 is a terrific football game!
Summary: This is way better than 07 for psp. EA worked out the bugs pretty well, the superstar challenge is great, but I still get barren sidelines, clean unis on grass fields and no Super Bowl celebration after I won it all. Sometimes the instant replays look like they where put in a circus mirror.
Summary: Nice fluid game play and (as usually with madden) the controls are intuitive. The AI seems smarter than in the past and does a better job playing to the situation and/or counteracting what you are doing. The graphics are good for the psp screen.
Summary: I have not played the 06 or 07 versions, but I am pleased with Madden 08 on the PSP. The animation is good, the controls are intuitive and responsive, and the amount of extras is welcome. Load times are not bad either.
Summary: Overall this is a pretty good game. Good features and pretty good graphics (you can only make them so good for a PSP). There are only two downsides to this game. One, there is no Superstar mode where you create a player and work with him to get better.
Summary: This is the first game I bought after purchasing the psp handheld console.. what a great game it is, probably the only game I need. I have been a huge fan of the madden series, owning all the series (I mean all) in the PS2 and Xbox 360 versions...
Summary: i too had an earlier madden game on psp, except mine was 06 (have the rest on ps3 and ps2) and so i debated whether or not to buy this. Ended thinking why not, i too thought good choice there.
