Summary: This is a highly regarded JRPG, and for good reasons, but it is not without its flaws, and is not a five star RPG. Final Fantasy IV, Dragon Warrior VII, Crisis Core, Star Ocean (the original), Fire Emblem: Awakening, Radiant Historia, Suikoden, Chrono Trigger, Elder Scrolls V, many of the Shin Megami Tensei releases... these are 5 star RPGs.
Summary: I LOVE THIS GAME I THINK IT IS SO AMAZING! The music and the characters are so great it is a must buy for traditional turn based battles! Only beware of the loading times which can be slow at times. Other than that it was perfect!
Summary: Love this game, the PSP version was quite a bit different than the Sega CD one I grew up playing but it was still really fun, had great color and animations, and the anime styled videos were great
Summary: Lunar: Silver Star Harmony is a well polished old school gaming experience. It is an Anime styled JRPG(Complete with turn based combat) and plays in a similar style to other classic old school JRPG games like Dragon Warrior/Quest, Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire and so fourth. It's an epic story the has everything! Friendships forged in battle, twists and turns, and even betrayal! Not to mention comedy relief!
Summary: Lunar silver star story is a legendary game, this remake is no so much. Lunar 1 is no longer a quite difficult game now, this remake is so easy.. Graphics lost all the charm, and the characters models are ugly. Very few added in this remake, and the lenght of the game decreased, no longer working design package and translation, even if most of the lines are ripped-off from the working design work.
Summary: This game has been remade like ???? times but its still worth playing all over again. Players pampered by newer RPG games will feel this game to be a bit dull and by all honesty, it sure is but thats cause most RPG games have similar storylines anyway. With that said, if you haven't played Lunar, this is a good point to start. Even for a legend of a game, its not without faults.
Summary: I was first introduced to Lunar: The Silver Star on Sega CD. I have to say that this game is simply the best remake of a game I've played so far. The story is the same, but there are many more movies, the graphics are totally redone, and even the towns are much better looking. Also, the abilities and magic for each character are better.
A Remastered Game Spoiled by the Perfection of an Older Version

Summary: In the early 90's, Sega released a CD add-on for the Genesis. It was called (aptly enough) the Sega CD. It didn't exactly do well. Although there were a couple of stand out titles, none seem to stand out more to the RPG fanatic like one game in particular: Lunar the Silver Star. The game was, for it's release in 1992, something that blew the entire competition away with it's graphics, sound and animated cutscenes.
