Summary: Differences from MHF2: 1. You fight and encounter enemies RPG style instead of fighting them on the same map like in a 3rd person adventure game. 2. Same control scheme but tighter with quicker controls than monster hunter. 3. Better Music Overall I like arcania better and im surprised by the bitter reviews. People think that you have to copy a game exactly or any changes you make are bad. I think this game is a 4.5 easily considering the drought of psp games.
Summary: I've had this game since launch, and I have to say I've had a blast with it. It has simple quest driven game play similar to monster hunter, with a light dose of story. It's all about beating up the monsters and upgrading you equipment. There are some tedious things about the game, such as pre-boss battles that are required to fight the boss, and sometimes it can be a pain in the arce to get those arcana stones. With that aside, i've had a great time.
Summary: Kinda reminds me of monster hunter but not as hard. The game has a decent story line. It is a great game for the price. The overall concept is hack and slash your way through missions in order to get monster parts to build new gear.
Summary: I'm simple so i dont care about my speling, deal with it Note: im a wiked M-Hunter fan. As the title is its a clone but arent most games? people say "aw its a m-hunter clone lame" but its not, so u shouldent bomb on a game for being a clone since there pleanty out there. Example: any fps game is a wolfenstein clone, and no one hates halo or c.o.d. any dungeon crawler is a dnd clone and no one hates diablo or zelda. and so on...
Summary: a fun game thats takes time to get into like all square enix games. after about half hour, you start to see the game come alive. if you like to spend time growing stronger you will love the way you go from a weaklin to a mighty lord. alot of time is spent getting the items you need to upgrade weapons armour and arcana powers boss battles are epic and hard but as you grow stronger the more fun thay are.
