Summary: My son goes through PSP games like nobodies business. He gets bored quick. But Lego Indiana Jones has kept him busy for weeks. It works well on the psp screen, many games are too big for it. Its easy to work and he's not frustrated with it.
Summary: I found this game a huge disappointment when compared to the other lego games. It is confusing, there is no where to enter codes, trying to figure out the levels or work through a level is very confusing. Badly planned and extremely disappointed in this one.
Conclusion: I loved the first game which was essentially the same as the PS2 version. However, this PSP version does not seem to be same game as the PS3/Xbox360/ Wii version of the game. From what I can gather it is the same as the DS version and I think is a "light version" of the game. For instance, the first section of the full game has 5 story levels but the PSP version only has 4 fairly short story levels. Once I figured that out and got over my disappointment I have enjoyed.
Conclusion: I LOVE this game! You can do all the stuff you could do on the previous lego indiana jones game, plus minigames, never seen before levels and, of course, the story of the kingdom of the crystal skull! This is good, as this film wasn't included in the previous game. Don't be put off by the fact that it's lego, it just makes it more hilarious! I should know, I'm a teen! Well worth the money; if you like indiana jones and lego, you MUST get this game!
Summary: This item had several negative reviews (including mine). Why are they all missing now? Anyway, the bottom-line is that this is a terrible addition to the Lego franchise on the PSP. It is nothing like the original Star Wars/Indiana Jones/Batman Lego games in terms of gameplay, puzzle solving, humour, you name it. Spend your money on something else, unless you like boring, simplistic gameplay with controls bordering on broken, and bugs a-plenty.
Summary: Me and my son are great fans of the Indiana Jones games whether it's on PSP, Wii or DS we love them. From a few of the reviews I've read a few people don't think this game is as good as the others but we think it's great and can't put it down.
Summary: With the original game as the only game I've ever completed 100%, I was quite keen on getting this when it came out. The automatic split screen mode in two player mode is fantastic, now my 6 year old and I aren't fighting over which way we should go and what we need to do. We each go our own way and meet up when we have found something interesting. Some of the levels however can get a bit tedious but we keep going back to them to try and complete things.
Summary: This game is NOTHING like the previous Lego Indiana jones for the psp. My sone (who is 6) and I were eagerly awaiting this release as we had previously purchased Lego Indie 1, Lego batman and Lego Starwars- all brilliant games which we thoroughly enjoyed. After a day playing this game we decided to return it , it was very frustrating to play it. The graphics were very blocky and not at all up to the standard of the previous lego games.
Summary: This version (PSP) is boring compared with the other Lego games. The first Indiana Jones game had good puzzles, lots of enemies and creative game play. This revolves around wandering about picking stuff up or the mini games which are repetitive in nature (jumping on things whack-a-mole style or sliding down a track avoiding things. I would buy the first one if you don't already have it, or save your money.
