Summary: Great PSP game! I was immediately impressed with this title - a must for fans of Strategy RPGs like Disgaea and Final Fantasy Tactics. Interesting characters, varied environments, and even some post-game goodies!
Summary: This is a turn based SRPG. I enjoyed it as it is not too tough (I'm looking at your FF:WOTL) and virtually requires no grinding but good planning and tactics. THe graphics are good and plot interesting, Long game too (about 20+ hours easily).
Summary: Simple amazing game. I love the gameplay, it is unique to find this play style on psp. It builds a fantasy world where you are taking part in the history of the french 100 years war. It blends history with fantasy in such a beautiful way. The story is phenomenal. I loved every minute of this game and wish there was more like it.
Summary: I love this game. Great story and fun strategy to plot out. There are many levels and games with in games... battles and practices... not violent... no gory scenes. I still have it and will play it again.... This is a keeper. Totally enjoyment on the PSP.
Summary: Not much point in adding another 5 star review here, but figured I would do it anyway... For anyone that has ever played one of these turned-based 2D strategy games (FF Tactics, Tactics Ogre, Disgaea, Shining Force series, etc.), this may be the best one ever made. I am usually bored to tears by stories in RPGs and skip through them as fast as possible, but this one is succinct and compelling enough to keep me interested without getting bored.
Summary: Based on the other reviews I wanted to completely finish this game before throwing out my two cents. I just finished it today so here it goes. For veterans of the SRPG genre this probably won't offer any significant challenge. However that shouldn't be a deal breaker. This game brought a lot of other elements to the table that were quite fun and engaging to play through. That being said it's a great game for beginners or casual players of SRPGS. Be prepared to read.
Summary: I really enjoyed Jeanne D'arc. The storyline was well written with lush animations that moved the plot forward. The game was both fun and challenging to play. Of all the RPG's that I've played on PSP I'd rate this in the top five.
Summary: At the core this is just another Final Fantasy Tactics type game with turn based combat on a grid, but the game has managed to hold my interest more than any other of the genre. I am now at over 30 hours and stiil enjoying it. The game has some great cinematic cut scenes and the story is expansive if not always riveting.
