Summary: I bought this game because I had the first game and while it was fun, I couldn't get very far in it because it was just to difficult. I hate doing the same thing over and over and WILL stop after several times...you crazy people that like to do the same thing thousands of times in a row before you can move forward in a game are NUTS, in my humble opinion! In several reviews on this game, people were complaining that it was too easy..
Summary: I have the whole Jak & Daxter series and play it over and over again, you can learn something new each time. I love the story line and you really get connected with the characters, they almost seam real to you. My PS2 broke and I miss playing those games so much that I'm going to buy a new PS2 just for those games, that's how good they are. This was the first time I bought things from Amazon and I will continue from now on.
Summary: This review is based on the PSP version of the game. Oh, how I wanted to love this game. As with pretty much everyone else who has written a review, I loved the original PlayStation 2 "Jak & Daxter" games. I even loved "Jak X." So of course, I was not only eager to play this game, but willing to give the benefit of the doubt, even without Naughty Dog onboard. But knowing it came from High Impact Games made me skeptical.
Summary: The Good: Looks great, big, lots of powers, fun mini games, lots of upgrades The Bad: Repetitive, hard, feels old Ahhh...good `ol Jak & Daxter are back at it again in their first return since Jak 3 in 2004. Lost Frontier is a great addition to the series and has a lot to offer. For starters, you will notice how beautiful the game is in the traditional J&D art style with great controls, story, and voice acting.
