Summary: I love Harvest Moon,I really do,but this game felt like a hit and a miss. It's beautiful. It really is,they put a lot of work into backgrounds and graphics, but it just doesn't have the gameplay to back it. It gets very repetitive very fast and even worse time moves very slowly also. You get to points where you basically wake up and go right back to sleep. It doesn't quite have the feel of other Harvest Moon games.
Summary: I bought this used of course, expecting what usually happens similar to harvest moon. I love the graphics and that little buggy vehicle. *Spoiler* the fact that this life person can't start a family and just farm and mine, makes it extremely dull. You do interact with villagers and creatures, but that's about where I lose intrest in it.
Summary: this game was perfect for a farmer,or a person with a lot of time on their hands. it wasnt as good as i wanted it to be its perfect for people who like crops which is why it might not being a game it is very realistic which makes it boring if you really want it go ahead but its not as fun as you think it is
Excerpt: "...community events and so on. Innocent Life is almost the antithesis of this; cold, impersonal and regimented. Pros: Heartflame Island is a nice environment; growing crops is still strangely gripping
Cons: Hollow community; lack of challenge, diversions, incentives and depth

Excerpt: "In the game you are a robot, because of this you have to go back and see you master/father every sunday for maintence you do this every week throughout the game. You also cannot skip the cutscenes and you have to press x over and over to move through all of the text. The game also features crystals which are used to unlock new areas to farm. You have to stick to the storyline exactly or something will go wrong, after awhile you are given a pet (cat/dog). ...
