Summary: I heard about his game from some magazine's top 10 list. I did not enjoy it. It might cater to side-scoller fanatics, but I often had to play levels over and over to find what I needed to do. I like wacky manga and the situations were interesting, but the gameplay is unremarkable and repetitive.
Summary: I was really excited about this game. So much so, that I preordered it. I was truly disappointed. Before you buy this game, read some reviews. I know that I whish I would have. I am going to keep my review simple because that is the way that I prefer to read them. Pros: Great graphics. We are not talking God of War COO here, but they are definitely top notch. Cool looking bosses. The bosses are big and arcady if you know what I mean, very cool to look at. Unique weapons.
Summary: I got this last night and played through the first level. So far so good. You play as this boy who carries a giant wooden hammer on his shoulder (you acquire more weapons as you progress through the game) and traverse through a few houses, shops, restaurants, a sauna place and construction site. You start up with two attacks (horizontal and vertical swings), jump and crouch as your basic skills and you acquire more as you advance in later stages.
