Good game - shaky performance

Andrew J. Watson, Amazon

  • Summary: This game is a beautiful side scroller where you play as a small town's hammerin' hero. The game is loaded with extras, including dozens of unlockable costumes (all of which have their own unique attacks), plenty of unlockable perks, fan mail from the town and much more.

NOt very good

P. Davidson "casual reader", Amazon
23 April 2010
  • Summary: I heard about his game from some magazine's top 10 list. I did not enjoy it. It might cater to side-scoller fanatics, but I often had to play levels over and over to find what I needed to do. I like wacky manga and the situations were interesting, but the gameplay is unremarkable and repetitive.

Hammerin' Zero

Aaron P. Harmon, Amazon
2 October 2009
  • Summary: I was really excited about this game. So much so, that I preordered it. I was truly disappointed. Before you buy this game, read some reviews. I know that I whish I would have. I am going to keep my review simple because that is the way that I prefer to read them. Pros: Great graphics.

Hammer of the Gods

A. S. ALHASSAN, Amazon
19 April 2009
  • Summary: I got this last night and played through the first level. So far so good. You play as this boy who carries a giant wooden hammer on his shoulder (you acquire more weapons as you progress through the game) and traverse through a few houses, shops, restaurants, a sauna place and construction site.
