Summary: (This review is not stolen. I wrote it for GameFAQs and posted it here later.) 9/10 GRAPHICS: I really like the graphics. They're pixelly and 8-bit, and while the characters are SO blocky you can barely tell what they look like, this is on purpose. The parts of the graphics that are 'permitted' to look more fashionable most definitely do, though! The maps look nice (though they're pixelly as well), and the scenes are pretty artistic.
Summary: This game seems to fit so perfectly well on a handheld because of it's quick and easy gameplay. The PSP doesn't have a lot of titles that are specifically built for it as this game is, which makes it all the more worth checking into. Any PSP fan who has a marginal interest in RPGs will likely enjoy this game.
Summary: This game feels like a parody of all those classic RPGs, it's got a great sense of humor and plays great. Plus, the music is absolutely fantastic! If you own a psp and enjoy RPGs I'm sure you will get a kick out of Half Minute Hero.
Summary: This is the perfect game for you if you have ADHD and take a lot of speed. Me? I must be getting old. It's a very cool concept, and I did have fun playing what I played. But it's just not for me. I think this game would give me panic attacks if I kept playing it.
Summary: This game has multiple storylines for a variety of gameplay. The Hero storyline is an absolute blast. The others are forgettable. I gave this 3 stars as a complete package, but the Hero storyline would have had 5 stars as a standalone. Perfect for the gamer on the go.
