Conclusion: Grand Theft Auto in LONDON wannabe, but you soon note this game is not as flexible as GTA. You dont quite get the "go anywhere" feel, and each mission starts with you getting a bit of background story and then into the chosen zone to kill or warn someone. There is a fair bit of swearing in the intros which I just don't get -I'm not a prude but this is a video game not Goodfellas. In the end, the missions are just too repetitive to make this game as much fun as GTA.
Summary: From the creators of the Getaway and it's sequel Black Monday on the PS2 comes Gangs of London, this time they try thier luck on the handheld and the PSP is it's destination. Following the same type of game as The Getaway and channeling the spirit of Grand Theft Auto, this game sees you as a gangster working the seedy underground of London.
Summary: Gangs of London is a game for the PSP which was released in 2006 and is very similar to the Grand Theft Auto series. Essentially you are a gang member in London and have to complete a number of missions to progress through the main part of the game. I'll confess at this point that on Grand Theft Auto, I'm not very good. The missions mostly defeat me and I just enjoy cruyising around the city in the cars finding secret areas and meeting some smaller challenges.
