Summary: This game is basically CM 01/02 with uptaded team squads. Tactics and training are the same. Some silly mistakes still exist (eg getting sacked after a win). 2D match view is inadequate as it shows only really important positions (goals, red cards, clear cut chances), it's not possible to watch full game. But I think that CM fans will stick to their PSP's as it's still very exciting buying a youth player and developing him into a world class star.
