When a black dragon suddenly appears and starts to destroy the land, it’s up to one young dragoneer to stop it with the help of his friends.
With this game, the player selects the order in which the characters are to act including Attack to attack an opponent, Mana to perform skills and magic, Guard to defend against an opponent’s attack, Item to use an item in the inventory, and Escape to run away from battle. Considering that characters possess elemental "dragon orbs", they are able to use "dragon skills" too. Some of those skills produce additional damaging elemental effects called "elemental combos". In the field, there are monsters roaming as flying eyeballs, which trigger battle sequences when the character comes into contact with them. These eyeballs chase after the on-screen character if he/she comes into the eyeballs’ view.

Playing Dragoneer's Aria is like driving a moped instead of a motorcycle. It will eventually get you to where you're going, but it's slow, less adventurous, and even a little bit... Read more

A frustrating combat system derails what could have been an interesting RPG experience on the PSP. That's it? Yikes. Unlike Icarus, poor Will hardly even left the ground.
