Awesome and brutal fighting game. Deserves more credit

Summary: I bought this game after watching the trailers which are awesome. This is a sheer quality fighter which is simple but brutal, that is exactly what I wanted. I wasnt a fan of the other's and the newer Def Jam on the xbox 360 was terrible because it was too much about hip hop and style than fighting. The Takeover is all about fighting. Graphics are excellent, the moves are fun, very smooth, controls are also excellent and easy to get the hang off.
Its alright, but it aint nothing to brag about. I aint frontin holmes!!

Summary: I bought this game because I read a couple of reviews which gave it a sterling 8 or 9 out of 10. After playing the game, I'm glad I bought second hand and not retail! For those that dont know the premise, you play the part of a street fighter who belongs to various gangs, rising up the criminal ladder. The more fights you win, the more money you get, the more clothes and jewellery you can buy, the more respect you get, the more fights you unlock and so on.
