Conclusion: Sadly, CID the Dummy just doesn't get much right. While the gameplay isn't completely terrible, it is made so due to the awful camera that has been implemented. The characters and enemies in the game don't really exude any kind of charm either, making the game feel rather generic and unimportant while playing. You'll also hear the same few unfunny dialogue clips regurgitated more times than you'll care to count during the course of the game.
Summary: Not since Insecticide have I given a game “Very Bad”Â as a final score. Interestingly, these two games are fairly similar in a lot of ways. Both had solid concepts that were squandered by poor implementation, shoddy controls, and broken mechanics. This isn’t the worst game I’ve ever played, but it is easily one of the worst games on the PSP, up there with Aliens vs Predator: Requiem and Death Jr .
Summary: CID The Dummy is an all-new action platformer that is sure to grab you with its enjoyable, fun gameplay, featuring a totally original character with charisma and moves, different fighting styles with which to battle enemies from unarmed combat to weapons like the Bazooka that can freeze, hit and burn.
