   Castlevania aficionados will definitely consider Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles a must own title for the simple reason that they can finally get their hands on Castlevania: Rondo Blood. Those who aren't used to the rather unforgiving nature of these games (particularly Rondo of Blood) might be surprised at how frustrating the early Castlevania games are.    Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles for the PSP is a port of the until now Japan-only Castlevania: Rondo of Blood . Rondo of Blood is more like Super Castlevania IV (SNES) than Symphony of the Night (PSX, 360) so those whose who enjoy Castlevania titles for its 3D format may be frustrated by it, but those who remember the punishingly hard Castlevanias of years past will be right at home helping Richter vanquish Dracula one more time.    For non-hardcore Castlevania fans though, The Dracula X Chronicles will be too difficult to get into. Would it have been too much to ask for an easy difficulty setting? It's a shame - the game is certainly rewarding and fun if you can get into it. Unfortunately we can't see the average gamer having the patience to do just that. Read more
