Summary: The Good -The game's controls are very responsive. -There is a good variety of events and cars that allows the game to stay fresh and not become repetitive. -Load times are almost nonexistent in the game. -The game can be enjoyed by both children and adults -Adding bonus challenges during certain world tour events (such as drifting 300 feet)to win cars delivers an added feeling of achievement to the events.
Summary: While Burnout Dominator was overshadowed by the arrival of the next-gen consoles, Burnout Dominator still rocks. If you're a Burnout fan this is a must-play. It's fast, it's dangerous and is loaded with great tracks. The new Maniac Mode is sure to provide you with intense thrills. Both graphics and sounds are pretty good, although up-close some textures leave to be desired. The soundtrack isn't as interesting as Burnout Revenge but still rocks.
Still really good fun & in some ways better than the first. But not all

Excerpt: Burnout Dominator is the sequel to Burnout Legends which was a very successful PSP game. It promises new game modes & better play, but is it any good or better than the original? I'll start with the game. You race on the roads of towns & cities which aren't real but are brimming with traffic. You have up to four opponenets in each race all wanting to win the race by dodging the traffic & ramming you off the road.
a great game it might not add to the series but an amazing game none the less

Excerpt: This is a great game nothing else to it... okay maybe there is a little more to it, if you are expecting an open type world like burnout paradise then sorry the psp just doesnt have the power for that. This is more like burnout takedown on the ps2 or xbox you start a race with a certain goal takedown 5 racers, finish in a certain time etc..... but thats no bad thing.
Summary: This game has some very good graphics for a psp game. It has some new modes as well as other modes from previous games. The drift mode is something new and fun. There is no crash mode which is a shame but the varity of other modes does make up for it. Very much fun and does brighten up long tube journeys. I would recommend for not just burnout fans but also racing fans who own a psp.
Great game, if you can stand to wait for everything to load all the time

Excerpt: This is the first Burnout game that I ever really played, and I only got it because there was a BOGOF offer at GAME and I wanted to buy Wipeout Pulse. But I was pleasantly surprised to find myself hooked on the game once I started playing it. The gameplay is fast and exciting, with various modes to keep you busy. I've got no complaint with the graphics, they do the job quite well.
Summary: Burnout once again brings handheld users blistering paced driving action. The first thing you will notice about this iteration of the franchise is the absolute eye candy factor. Not a single frame rate drop and wonderfully detailed city scapes to fly through. The usual mechanic of taking out rivals, racking up points for dangerous driving, filling your boost gauge and firing about as rapidly as possible is in full effect once again.
Conclusion: The PSP is showing its power time and time again. Dominator is crisp and beautiful to watch and play. Slow motion crashes and revenge takedowns never looked so good. The game is well represented with the levels of difficulty and seperate car classes unlocked as you achieve more rankings in earlier races.
