Summary: The game play in this game is very nice. I've found myself playing nothing other than this game for hours - the storyline is pretty nice and there is definitely a lot of action. The universe is filled with hundreds of items, and there are near-endless combinations for your wearables, and therefore what you look like. The controls are quite well thought out, and make the game very easy to play, and yet very interesting.
Summary: like the title says, and others have stated, this game feels like monster hunter, with the fast paced action of god of war, with some really cool science fiction elements, and well round rpg injection, this game is really enjoyable. the music sounds great, and helps set the tone for the game, but at times it feels like drakengard when it comes to fighting wave upon wave on enemies (but it isnt as overwhelming or so dangerously repetitive that makes you want to put down...
Summary: This is one of the most underated games on psp the graphics are a bit dated ut the gameplay is rediculous fun hack and slash. its a great way to jsut blow off steam without having to go through all the puzzles and stuff that seem to be in every game nowadays. very simple to learn. tons of weapons and armor scustomization very much worth every penny!!
Summary: This game is really fun to start because it all seems new when you start but as you continue you feel like you've been doing the same thing for the past hour running, shooting, stabbing, watching things blow up (which really is a fun part of the game to watch.) But excluding the repetitive play it's just fun to get new items and see new aliens or ETI. Also this game has really good graphics for the PSP.
Summary: First off, I have to agree with S. Bartle "Guardian 42" this game really reminds you of Monster Hunter in terms of Gameplay, but a lot faster paced. This game really can be FUN at times, mainly because of the RPG elements in the game. But I have to admit that the repetitive gameplay and lack of a better more understandable story really hurt this title for me.
Summary: If you played Monster Hunter Freedom, Bounty Hounds will feel oddly similar, yet this time it's set in a spacey-futuristic world rather than that screwy dark ages. Taken from the third person view, you play as a mercenary for hire to go to four different planets and wipe out all the bad, nasty aliens. Apparently, in the future, we totally gave up on connecting with other life and instead just kill them and take their planets and stuff.
Excerpt: I tend to see a muddy shine on RPGs; their constant grinding, right down to finding the amicable "Sword of Desperation Level 26" after fighting countless inebriated rats from the planet Moonbeams-Out-My-xxxx places a level of depression upon me so low, I could touch my toes. But then a gem appears, an elusive amethyst that you find after scrubbing around in rather small caves. Bounty Hounds has that refraction to find the next universe..
Pros: Gets you hooked towards "one more go" feeling
Cons: Gets you hooked towards "one more go" feeling
