Or the ones programed into the game. It want be long before you start bobing your head too your super bass beats. The game takes some getting use too.

Review from a emcee/producer (with real equipment & PS2 & PSP).
22 December 2012
Summary: I have just bought this "game" yesterday (not even 24hrs ago). I have been a emcee for many years. And started making beats in 2001. Using both real equipment (MPC1000,EMU SP1200,Alesis AR16,ect...) and even PS2's MTV's Music Generator2. Now I have been messing around with Beaterator. Though I have more to learn with this "game", I must say it's a amazingly innovative idea! The possibility to create/produce music with not only a gaming device.
Summary: Takes forever for sounds to load from the disc (must spin up the disc for each individual sound), requiring tons of patience. If you make more than $10/hour and plan on using this "program" for more than a few hours, it would be well worth your while to buy a more powerful software package.
Summary: I got this game within a week. Been playing off and on when I can. I recommend you watch ALL the help videos. Its a fun little peice of software. The songs kind of make themselves. It has a lot of options/sounds/samples. I haven't tried it, but you can record sounds and integrate into the music. I'm not a big fan of RnB or Rap, but this is fun! I mostly got it to make drum beats. I haven't learned how to do odd time signatures yet. Everything's in 4/4.
Summary: Beaterator is quite enjoyable! A few years ago, I used Magix Music Maker 11 on my laptop to mix my [semi] awesome jams. Then a crashed motherboard and an upgrade to windows7 took my MMM11 away from me. Then I found Beaterator. It is quite a deep game... no, no, no - my bad - IT IS NOT A GAME, IT IS A PROGRAM! The music samples and tracks are almost never-ending, the tools are user friendly and intuitive.
Summary: I got this game for my 7 yr old daughter who loves making beats, its a lil difficult at first but once you get the hang of it, its very good! I still cant work out how to change the genre to Hip HOP its stuck on rock at mo. But overall a good game and i got it at such a fantastic price!!!
Summary: Admittedly, the title I've chiosen for this review doesn't tell the whole stroy. If you want a fairly straight forward, fun music plaything and have no ambitions that require much imagination then Beaterator (which I think is an awful name) will do the trick. If however you want to get yuor hands on something that will allow you to be fairly creative and lay down some interesting ideas, I'd look elsewhere.
