A weak story and boring characters pretty much wrecked what might of been a good game.

Summary: Pros: * Graphics are actually pretty good. * Combat is basic SRPG and is good. * Dungeon design is good. * Thankful the game is short. Cons: * The story is so weak that I just lost all interest in it. * The characters are also boring and lack personality. * The goals and quests are not always clear, often I found myself wondering where I should be going next.
Excerpt: "Astonishia Story’s claim to a footnote in history is that it was among the first South Korean developed RPG’s when released for the PC back in 1994. However, the first much of the wider world would have seen of it was in 2006 when it was ported in slightly enhanced form to the PSP. Emerging in the twilight of an era of great 2D RPG releases that saw Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger appear around the same time, Astonishia Story seems even older ...
Pros: Lovely retro graphics, smart battle - system, solid old - school soundtrack
Cons: Dated, lamentable story and character development, extremely short, few side - quests

Summary: Quite honestly, don't bother with this! It is ok in it's own way but soon gets annoying, the fights don't give you enough gelders (currency units) to buy things you need to survive and the fights themselves are repetitive and irritating. The story line is confused and often there are points where you don't know what to do because the translation is so bad.
