Ape Escape Academy

Game Boyz
23 May 2006
  • Excerpt: Developer – Shift Publisher – Sony Computer Entertainment Features 1-4 Players Multiplayer on one PSP Wi-Fi Compatible (Ad-Hoc)(1-4 Players) The name Ape Escape is quite synomous with the Playstation Brand, and it only makes sense to continue to publish this legacy on the PSP. This time around the latest version in this franchise tries something different.

23 May 2006
  • Excerpt: Ape Escape Academy is a bit of a departure for the Ape Escape series. Ape Escape Academy shows you how these monkeys learned their escape skills in the first place, in an academy for monkeys in which the students are forced to play seemingly endless series of mini games.

Ape Escape Academy review (PSP)

HonestGamers
1 February 2005
  • Excerpt: The problem is though, try as they might, monkeys are not very good at imitating other people. Sure, dressing one up in a suit and giving it a cigarette may make us all smile, but its constant ass slapping and habitual masturbation is hardly the definition of quality entertainment. And that becomes an all too fitting caveat made doubly relevant once Piposaru Academia gets underway.
