Summary: I am a big fan of the Ape Escape games on the PS1 and PS2, and so had to grab this when it was released on the PSP. Ape Academy is a very different beast indeed, being more of a general party/adventure title than an outright platforming game, but it's still pretty fun, even if, like most party games, it's lacking the depth and ingenuity to make it a real classic.
Ape Academy (PSP): Ape Academy: Best Left For Kids

Summary: When games companies release a collection of mini games we expect them to be pretty average unless they're based around a big name. Ape Escape might not be a massive brand, but if you ever owned a Playstation or knew someone who did you'll probably have heard of it. The basic idea was catching monkeys with a net whilst pursuing new gadgets across many varied levels. It sounds pretty basic in idea but it was a lot of fun and so much more than that.
