It's Ok, but Still Problematic

E. Thomson, Amazon
4 April 2010
  • Summary: I had earlier purchased the 326 model, which was less expensive, but had a "flickering" problem. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund. I decided to take one more chance and I upgraded to the more portable model with same brand. CONTINUED PROBLEMS: - Unfortunately, I still have a "flickering" problem in the very beginning. However, after about 5 minutes of panic, it does stop.

Exceeded my Expectations

Jeremiah Edwards, Amazon
5 January 2010
  • Summary: This projector is awesome! I wanted a projector that I could use at home to watch movies and also be portable enough to use for presentations. This thing is smaller than I had expected. Extremely portable. It is great for presentations. Can't be beat! This is great for movies too! Obviously, it is not 1080p, but unless you always watch Blu-ray movies, there really is no advantage of a 1080p projector.

Great compact business projector

Rob Williams, Amazon
20 May 2009
  • Summary: I was able to compare this to the D825MS Vivitek D825MS 2600 Lumen SVGA DLP Projector That projector has a nicer black gloss cabinet that I wish this unit had. However the 825MS wins on all other factors. Resolution: The D825MS is SVGA resolution, with 800*600 pixels. For simple powerpoints that would be fine. The D326MX is XGA resolution at 1024 X 768 pixels.

D. Van Horn, Amazon
13 May 2009
  • Summary: I used this projector in the a very well lit room and it performed perfectly. The image was clear and the colors mirrored my screen well with the settings right out of the box. Pros: - Great Value for $600 its worth the money for an XGA. - 3 year warranty - 2500:1 contrast ratio (same for DLP projectors but good compared to LCD projectors) - Portable only weighs 3.2lbs - Instant On/off Cons: - 4:3 with no hdmi support - Supports HD but does not have a component video...
