Amazing 15,000:1 high contrast. Super bright 4000 lumen output. Lots of smartphone and wireless features.

Summary: PROS * Excellent contrast ratio of 15,000:1. This means that the brightest white and the darkest black have a lot of contrast between them, 15,000 to 1 difference to be exact (dynamic contrast, not static contrast). You get excellent whites and blacks in the same picture. Many experts consider contrast ratio the most important factor for video quality. (Remember how early LED TVs black looked more grey and plasma TVs were more desirable because the blacks were darker.

Summary: This projecter is not all it claims to be. The 3D capabilities are only so/so and though it does have wi-fi cabability, you need to buy a dongle in order to use it. Be sure to read all the spec throroughly before you purchase so you will know exactly what you are getting with this projector. The only other complaint I have is that the interface is not very easy to use. It's manageable, but not easy by any means.

Summary: I currently use another Viewsonic (8200 Pro) which is 1080p and which is one of the two projectors I use on a daily basis. The other one is a Epson HD750 which is 720p but does 3D for movies (the 1080p I have does not). I also have another Viewsonic short throw angle projector which I use seldom but it does Nvidia 3D (perfect for gaming but not for movies). So how does this new projector compares to these 3?
Technically powerful though interface is less intuitive that I would like. Advertised having Wireless LAN but only half true

Summary: I have used lots of projectors over the last 15 years. The ViewSonic PJD7533W is technically superior to all previous models I have tried but I cannot help but feel that the use of these advanced technical features is hidden behind a lot of overly complicated menus and logic trees. Here is what I have figured out so far: Notes Cons -Comes with just a couple of cables - VGA and power. You will be able to get everything else at a Radio Shack or other store.
