Summary: I only have 150 hours (15 months) on this projector and it already has white spots in view (broken or stuck pixels). Very disappointed that this projector didn't last longer. I was most concerned about how long the bulb would last...now I am just frustrated that the picture looks TERRIBLE with all of these dots all over the place.....
Summary: After 2.5 years of moderate use, the projector is unusable because of stuck pixels that are proliferating across the screen. There are about 50 of these with new ones appearing daily. My previous projector from Dell lasted twice as long. This will be my last ViewSonic product.
Summary: White dots. I got 5 of these projectors for our small school, and all 5 had the white dot problem. Fortunately I actually bought the extended warranty, so I'm only out shipping and warranty price, but what a pain. Do not buy this!
Summary: Our company has had to replace over 20 of these projectors. When they work, they are decent, but they have two known defects: 1. Will not power on or 2. Display tiny dots all over the image I would not recommend this product.
Summary: I have this projector as a replacement after having the same issue that is all over the internet! (white dots, dead pixels that multiply over time) IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! Works fine the first few months and then all these pixels start going white, and their warranty process takes a few months to get through!!! Only for it to happen all over again!!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE PLEASE!!!
Summary: Viewsonic does NOT stand by thier products. We received this projector 5 months ago as a replacement for another Viewsonic projector that started giving us problems. Well now, only 5 short tmonths later we are experiencing the same exact issue and Viewsonic refuses to help us. The problem we have experienced with both issues is that white dots (pixels) start appearing on the screen.
Summary: NOT DIGITAL. I REPEAT. NOT DIGITAL. Want to use it for PS3? Not happening. Want to use it for N64? Not happening. Want to use it for your computer? Is it VGA? Good, it better be. Because those are the only adapters on this bad boy. I had to drop another $25 on Analog to Digital adapters just to equip this thing to use my consoles but at this point dealing with the incorrect aspect ratio, the power button not turning off, and the thing just being an all around nuisance, I...
"3D ready" is at best misleading and at worst a LIE!!

Summary: If you are looking for a projector than can play 3d movies...keep looking! This projector must be connected to a computer to function so forget 3dtv or blu ray. If you have a desperate need for 3d powerpoint presentations, this may be the machine for you. Otherwise, its a complete waste of time and money!!
