Product breaks and View Sonic Tech support is useless

Summary: I was happy with this product until the bulb randomly burnt out, there is a 1 year warranty on the bulbs so I contacted ViewSonic. Never have I met more incompetence, I might as well have been talking to a machine because I've been playing email ping pong with them and despite me sending them proof...
Summary: It overheats after 45 minutes of continuous use in the default setting. In Eco mode it lasts about an hour. This was an issue that progressively worsened with use. Unfortunately I can only get a full refund within the first 30 days, so I am stuck with it.
Summary: So far so good I've had my Viewsonic DLP Video Projector since Thursday(This is my second video projector purchase since Oct 2010.)I've already put about 13 or so hours of use on the bulb.I plan to use it an average of 4 hours a day & 28 hours a week.
Summary: My wife and I purchased this projector as an upgrade to our 42" plasma screen TV. We didn't really know what we were doing and were just hoping we could create a good theater room with a projector for a tight budget.
Summary: The projector arrived in less than 24 hours. Contained everything in the package I needed to use the projector immediately. My only problem....can't call it a complaint, as I believe it's my own stupidity...but I cannot figure out how to use the remote to advance the slides manually...
