not happy

Emy Martinez, Amazon

  • Summary: The remote control for VPL-CW-255 functions only for limited distance, about 10 feet or less, particularly on the freeze button. Also, the background is yellowish. In addition, it is heavier than comparable projector. I will replace it with EH500 Optoma. May be the best bet for similar features, and cheaper by a couple of hundred.

You won't be disappointed.

  • Excerpt: We purchased this projector (2 actually) to install a projection system in our church sanctuary. The picture is brilliant (like watching an HD TV screen) and the projector is able to adjust both vertical AND horizontal keystones so you can install the projector on a side beam and project a perfect 16: 10 image on the front wall.
  • Pros: Easy To Set Up, Great picture quality
