  • Summary: Personal Experience Contrast and brightness excellent in standard lamp mode. I have a 110 inch screen viewed at 5.5 metres and the resolution and pixelation is not an issue. Projector is directly overhead and fan noise is audible.

  • Summary: Personal Experience Bought store display w/ 130 hours of use for ~$2500, this is a $500 discount to compensate for bulb wear. Setup is light controlled, screen is painted hardboard. Distance is ~12'. Screen is 80" diagonal. Very enjoyable to watch, picture quality is excellent.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I bought this projector refurbished. It was in excellent shape with a new bulb installed. Anyway, the picture is excellent. I thought the picture was nice until I tuned the projector with the DVD Video Essentials disk. Then the picture was incredible!

  • Summary: Personal Experience For the price this is the best projector that money can buy. Contrast levels are superb, detail levels very good, colours natural. I currently run the projector in eco-mode and I have not found brightness to be a problem (although I do run it in a lighting controlled room).

  • Summary: Personal Experience This is a superb projector. I was tossing up between this and the Infocus screenplay 5700 and after seeing them both side by side the sharp seemed the obvious choice with noticebly better contrast levels. It is not as bright as the 5700 but image quality looked better.
