  • Summary: Personal Experience Love it. Wish I could figure out how to work it better though. I just want to run cable tv through it, but have been unsucessful so far. I'm having a hard time converting the old input jacks (BNC and S-video into coaxial). However, the VGA works great and my buddy has a TV tuner I am going to try with it. But there has to be an easier way, any advice? Email me at nick_wohlge@hotmail.com.

  • Summary: Personal Experience We picked this up from a friend. We watch all of our movies on it. The lamp went out recently and we found a used one on eBay. I would recommend resetting the lamp first before buying a new one though. There quite expensive. Overall we love this projector. It's rare to get one with built in speakers, so if you come across one snatch it up. It won't be a disappointment.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I just picked one of these up from a local university for $150 with remote with 1125 hours on the lamp. The unit warms up very quickly, the picture quality is stellar (800x600 is fine for watching movies, tv or wii, not as good for computer games). It can project a huge image (500") but the projector needs to be pretty far from the screen and the brightness will diminish slightly. Fans are loud but not annoying.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I brought this projector on line. I wasn't sure of the quality. I down loaded the manuel from this site. I've had it for over a year. I finally got the movie room in my house put together. the picture is GREAT. I brought a universal mount and it's complete. I'm using the s-video connection and I'm happy with it. I'll be searching for a replacement bulb soon, just in case. I paid $500 for mine and have no regrets.

  • Summary: Personal Experience Excellent. alittle loud but capable of projecting up to a 500" screen (according to the manual) Very sharp picture. remote zoom, adjust, and focus are great. Problems Have 2 of them and each one randomly went to a test screen, then crapped out. How did I fix this? took it apart, noticed that by pushing down on the circuit board directly above the side inputs, it worked untill I depressed it.

  • Summary: Personal Experience Very nice unit with good built in speakers. The menu is very straight forward and easy to use. Althought the unit is big and heavy, it is very easy to mount and with the remote control, it is very easy to use.
