  • Summary: Personal Experience the PG-A10X is a great projector for presentations via computer. the images really pop, and the colors are great. however, this projector has a horrible contrast ratio and should not be used for home theater use. its fine for watching the sunday football game on, but it has very very poor dark scene reproduction. i keep mine only for presentations and am currently looking for another home theater projector. Problems bad contrast ratio, but that is it.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I've had this projector for three years without any problems, Over three thousand hours on the bulb and still going strong. I'm using a Da lite 120' screen in my downstairs family room.Picture great using standard Directv and inexpensive progressive scan dvd player.

  • Summary: Personal Experience Good projector when it worked. However, failed 3 times in 1 year period. the first 2 were in warranty and they completely replaced the unit. The last time, they sent me a bill for $2,439!!! they clearly have a manufacturing issue with this model. It fails, as though the power supply has gone out. No lights or any warning. but apparently it is a serious failure. I don't consider projectors to be disposable after the 1 year warranty.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I have had this projector for 6 month's now and couldn't be more pleased! I am using a 150" by 90" screen in a 20' by 25' room. The HDTV is fantastic and the DVD's show brilliantly. I bought this projector for $689.00! Now that is what I call a good value. Problems No problems...

  • Summary: Personal Experience My A10x was bought at an open box store demo at the big whse stores for only $800.00. I could not have been more pleased with the purchase and performance of this pj. At 107" 4:3, the image is nothing short of awesome. Very little SDE, and the colors are incredible. Obviously, when you play widescreen material the shortfall of contrast is quite evident, but after awhile you just don't notice it.

  • Summary: Personal Experience this projector has an excellent picture and throws wide from a very short distance. However, We have had 2 send it in twice in the last 60 days for it just shutting down and no longer working at all. A power supply issue or something. Would not recommend. Problems 2 failures of what appear to be power supply.

  • Summary: Personal Experience For two years leading up to the time we purchased this projector we had been using numerous second hand projectors purchased and subsequently resold via Ebay. This two year period taught me a few things about how our family would use a projector and projectors in general. Specifically I learned that we burn through lamp hours and find any excuse possible to justify continual use.

  • Summary: Personal Experience I picked up this projector secondhand with just a few hours on it for just £391(bargin).I had all intent on using it just for movies but have found that it was that easy to setup that I how have it running pc games/playstation 2 and also of course movies. The image is great, and I've had it at aprox 90inch screen size in a pretty small room. It's running in eco mode which should see the lamp life go upto 4500hrs without losing out too much brightness...

  • Summary: Personal Experience Excellent value for money projector I like the fact that it has a security code feature meaning if some one steals it it is only good as a door stop without the security code. The picture quality is excellent. The rear height foot is useful as I generally have my projectors set up in a high position so being able to point the beam downwards is useful. Too many projectors are set up with the beam pointing upwards only.
