Summary: I was looking for a Projector and came across this one. Well to make a long story short save your money and buy a REAL Projector !! For the money, you get what you pay for. This thing is a toy !!!
Summary: I've used this projector several times for slideshows at birthday parties. A microphone has to be used up to the speaker because the sounds is so quiet. I wish I had bought a projector that has a headphone jack so that an external speaker could be used. Other than that, I'm pleased with the projector...I mean, what more do you expect for $150?

Summary: GOOD,BUT NOT BEST, WORKS WELL WITH SMALL WALLS, BUT THE TOTAL ROOM MUST BE FULLY DARK, HANDY......AND SMALL......NICE FOR ENTERTAINMENT, BUT NOT GOOD FOR PROFESSIONAL LIKE LARGE LECTURE ROOMS OR PRESENTATIONS......DONT BELIEVE N BATTERY TOO MUCH THEY CANNOT HOLD FOR SO LONG, AND THESE WILL GET HOT VERY SOON.....................
Summary: I was very excited to receive the Optoma after comparing to the Cinemin which is a lot tlarger and heavier. The Optoma is thinner than a deck of cards, easiler fits in your shirt pocket by comparison the Cinemin looks like a brick. Image quality on the PK102 is outstanding, though a bit on the dim side, but in low light conditions it is quite good. I use this on my laptop AND iPAD...yes it works on the iPAD as well as iPhone / iPOD with the optional connector!
Pros: outstanding image quality up to 50 mini form factor rugged construction rechargeable battery complete with VGA cable and USB cable sets. The unit looks brand new you will never know it is factory refurbished.
Cons: could be a bit brighter, but on par with all other minis in this class
Summary: This is my second Optoma Pico. My first one PK101 50% broke. The AV input had a short. Still 50% functional. This is a huge improvement. The AV inputs are separate from the power. I love this line of projectors because of the features and overall size of unit.
Summary: After the "gee whiz" novelty of this projector fades, you'll discovery it's not really good for anything. It's not bright enough to watch movies even in a dark room, it doesn't work with an iPad, and the battery only lasts a little over an hour. It's kinda cool, but also kinda useless for anything you'd want to use it for.
