Summary: Despite its small size, this projector does a great job. Purchased for work presentations, but before hand wanted to test it out. So, we had a backyard movie night with friends over and it worked flawlessly. It was bright enought to project a 4' x 8' picture onto a white screen at night at least 10-15 feet away. Really surprised how well this worked for its size. Rechargeable and will also store your presentations on it. Imagine presenting with no wires? Wow.
Summary: I didn't expect much from this small unit but it is much more impressive than I had excited. It arrived on the and when I tested it for my son I was pleased with the user interface and features. One thing I wish I had looked into a bit more is that the device only seems to read AVI files through the mini SD card slot. I tested this with a card that had MP4 files on it and it wouldn't read them.
Summary: Item as described - very lightweight. Not too loud when it's running. Brighter than expected. Used in a semi-bright conference room and it's clear. Love that it can be focused - other products I looked at don't offer this feature.
Summary: I love the Optoma PK301. It does what I wanted it to. Provides excellent portability for video and powerpoint presentations. Brightness not the greatest, but better than expected. Video conversion is a bit tricky at first. Learning curve with very poor written instruction manual about video conversion and loading. Must buy micro sd card as internal memory not sufficient for much of anything. Would buy again unless technology outraces this units life.
Impressive Overall - More suited to home media than Business

Summary: To start off let me say that this is a great device. I use it in my room for media projected onto a smooth matt white wall and the picture quality is excellent and is extremely surprising for a device of its size. I have it about 8 feet from my wall and I have an image of approximately 77 inches diagonal. At this size you can discern the pixels every so slightly but images are still relatively sharp and crisp and media is just as watchable as it would be on a television.
Summary: Having never owned a pico projector before, I was intrigued by the idea of them. My old projector has a blown bulb, and instead of spending another $300 for a new bulb I decided I would give this a whirl. I spend a lot of time at work or traveling, so I wanted something to have handy if I ever wanted to play a game or watch a video on the go.
