Summary: I ordered this for my son. It broke only after one use. When we tried to return it, the address we were given did not exist within the postal system. Very disappointed. I won't ever buy anything from this manufacturer again.
Summary: I purchased this item thinking I would be able to use it while deployed in Afghan. Volume is to low. picture not bright enough. I have it packed and have not used it since my first failure to adjust and tried too see a movie with my Battle buddies in my tent.
Summary: I had problems with it working on my Iphone 4. First of all, the plug to my Iphone wouldn't stayed connected. It didn't come unplugged but I knew it wasn't connected because the blue light went out. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. Before I sent it back, it would show that it was TV connected but there wasn't any picture. Also, when it is running the noise is louder than the speaker so you can't hear anything else.
Summary: today i got my pico projetor, and didnt work at all...i returned today too... usually i dont post reviews only when the item is really really bad, and i spend money and time with that thing. didnt work with my iphone, ipod or tv...no picture at all. i returned and i expect my refund. i read like 3 or 4 bad reviews before, and i didnt believed, i said to try it! now i know ! its bad ! ill try another brand because i like the ideea of a small projector.
Summary: I hope my title helps some people before you buy this - as I did - only to find out that IT WON'T WORK WITH YOUR LAPTOP! Every review I've read fails to mention this basic fact - and the Pico website only mentions it in the fine print. I did try it with a friend's iPod; given the small size I wasn't expecting much - but the video quality even in a pitch black room (you can't see anything otherwise) is terrible - everything has an ugly blue-green hue.
Summary: Bought this item to display movies from the ipod and was really disappointed with the quality of the image and the lack of focus control and returned it. Searched for another projector and found the Microvision Pico P which is coming out later in the year which uses lasers and promises better images and always in focus. The early video of it on their website looks really good. Looking to check it out once it comes and hope it is better than the last purchase.
