  • Summary: Personal Experience I've owned this projector for over 1 year now and wanted to give this thing some time before reviewing. I bought it refurbished for about $1,500. I use this in a basement paired with a 120' 1.3 gain grey (high contrast) screen and the image is very bright even in 3D mode when...

  • Summary: Personal Experience Hello. Here in Europe, where I live in Italy, with a purchase price of 2400 dollars, these projector (Optoma HD82) is an excellent purchase. In relation to the price, definitely a best buy among the DLP but also other competing technologies in the range below 2500 Euro.

  • Summary: Personal Experience Great picture! Very quiet for a DLP. Set up could be easier. Zoom, focus and lens shift need finer adjustments, but once done a great picture with excellent detail. I am using the superwide feature with a 2.0:1 1.4 gain screen(120 in).
